JLMF Wood Hammer Mill Machine
This JLMF wood hammer mill machine uses blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact and collision dual crushing functions in one, and can complete the micro material sorting and processing process at the same time. During the cutting and crushing process of the blade, the rotor generates high-speed airflow, which rotates in the cutting direction of the blade. The material is accelerated in the airflow, and the repeated impact causes the material to be double crushed at the same time, accelerating the crushing rate of the material.
JLMF hammer grinder application: maximum 150x150mm wood chips, bamboo chips, cotton stem chips, cardboard shreds, white paper shreds, textile shred and other fabric waste pieces. These raw materials can be fine grinded into 3-12mm particles, which be used widely as basic raw material of making paper, particleboard, fiberboard, non wood-based board and pulping and papermaking.

1.JLMF1600 grinder with 1470rpm high rotary speed,JLMF800 grinder with 3000rpm high rotary speed.
2.Grinding chamber adopts water drop shape design, increases the collision times between the materials, achieves the smaller output size

4.Negative pressure fan discharging system, increase output capacity
