Introduction:
Metal crusher is mainly used following tire shredder. The shredded steel/iron scraps often
have rust spots and coat of paint. Through the rotary of rotor, these steel/iron scraps are
impacted into metal balls. And in the process of collision and friction, rust spots and
paint will be removed from the metal.

Structure: 
Metal crusher mainly consists of the machine casing, rotor, high-strength wear-resistant
lining, high-manganese chrome screen bottom, hammer head, feeding port and lower frame.
Production process:
Metal crusher is equipped with conveyor for materials feeding. The dust removal device with
fan will collect the dust, after finished product are discharged. Through magnetic
conveyor, finished pure metal will be transported into warehouse.
