Rubber Granulator In Rubber Recycling

For rubber processing, rubber granulator is specially designed for rubber granulation process. The final product from the granulation process is much smaller than the product from the rubber crushing process. Therefore, it is usually the third stop in the tire recycling line. After the tire granulation process, the final product is usually rubber pieces without fiber and wire. The first and second shredders were able to shred the tyres into 20mm pieces of rubber, and then the granulator could further grind them into 5mm particles. Of course, the size required can be adjusted, as there are different sizes of screens available to ensure more flexible production.

Rubber Crumb And Its Use

Scrap rubber is produced by reducing used tires to 3/8 "to 40 mesh pellets and removing 99% or more of steel and fabric from used tires. Rubber crumbs are currently the most widely used form of recycled rubber. It is used in rubberized asphalt applications. Benefits associated with rubberized asphalt applications include durable pavement, reduced noise, cost effectiveness, reduced road maintenance and reduced road braking distance.

In addition, rubber crumbs can also be used for recreational and sporting purposes. When added to the soil of the playing field, it is used to improve grass root structure and drainage. Due to its reactivity and bounce, it further reduces the impact of falls on the field. It is also used as a surface material for track fields and runways, where it acts as a buffer.

There are a variety of other applications that use rubber debris, including extruded and molded products, equestrian and agricultural MATS, sidewalks and trails, sealants, plastics and rubber elbows. The requirements for each application vary in particle size and purity.
