Shredder Details
Blades made of high hardness alloy: 55Crsi/9Crsi/Cr12mov for options, according to different material processing, different blade shape, thickness and cutting head quantity providing the optimum solutions.

The split type chassis design makes the overall structure of the shredder more compact, lightweight, occupies less space, is easy to install and fix, and can achieve efficient crushing operations in limited space. The split design makes the shredder more convenient to maintain.
Dual shaft design, ease to shear and cut both of soft and hard materials, avoid the problem of material entanglement and difficulty in material detachment.
Shredder electric motors we provide WN, SIEMENS, ABB, WEG quality brands for options.
Shredder control cabinets adopts PLC control, Schneide r and Siemens electrical components for options, automatically reverse when overload.
