Why Do We Need Straw Biomass Recycling Machines?

By converting waste into energy, biomass shredding systems (biomass shredders) are becoming increasingly popular. Biomass is used as an alternative fuel to produce electricity or heat. It is developed from plant or agricultural waste, such as wood, garden trimmings, and residues from crops and animals. These materials become useful again through the production of biofuels. However, in order to produce biomass for energy, the feed material first needs to be chopped and pelletized to the right size.

A twin-shaft shredder is an ideal model if a high output of 30-50 t/h is desired. Thanks to its high torque and oversized cavity, bales and loose material can be easily broken down and reduced.


Waste Biomass Recycling Process

1. Waste biomass straw is fed into a hydraulic sing arm shredder for initial shredding.
2. The resulting waste biomass chips are passed through a suspended magnetic separator to remove any metal contaminants.
3. The waste biomass chips are then passed through a magnetic separator to further remove any metal contaminants.
4. The waste biomass chips are then collected in a buffer hopper for further processing.
5. The waste biomass chips are then passed through a hammer crusher to create wood sawdust.
6. The wood sawdust is stored for further processing, making biomass pellets or making waste paper, etc.
