Industrial JLTD1600 Tire Bead Wire Separator Tyre Bead Extracting Machine Debeader for Tires
Tire debeader is a specially designed equipment to mechanically pull out the bead wires completely that are inside the sidewalls. After debeading, you send the tire for the shredding process. Removal of this bead bundle prior to shredding gives a cleaner end product and assures longer life of the operating blades of your shredder machinery. This allows a smooth shredding operation and also cuts down on your maintenance down time.
Tire Wire Drawing Machine
1. Hydraulic waste tire wire drawing machine is used to completely pull out the large strands of steel wire on both sides of the tire at one time, and smoothly separates the steel wire and rubber, and its purpose is to facilitate the subsequent crushing or cutting process.
2.Kowloon tyre steel drawing machine is composed of motor, hydraulic system, pull hook, cross plate, body, control handle, guide wheel, etc., which is mainly suitable for recycling of waste tires in waste tire recycling line.
3. Double hooks are designed for wire drawing, which has high separation efficiency and reduces labor intensity of workers.

Tire Bead Extractor
The tire bead extractor is a device used to pull out the steel wire from the sidewall of the waste tire, it separates the steel wire and rubber for reuse. The tire wire drawing machine is powered by the hydraulic system to drive the pull rod with hook to reciprocate. Hydraulic cylinder is designed with strong pulling force to pull out the steel wire as a whole. The whole process integrates tearing, breaking, and steel wire separation, electro-hydraulic works at the same time, high efficiency pull out in short time.
